The black touch-screen button can be touched to adjust intensity. There are a total of 3 levels of intensities: Low, Medium and High. Intensity setting can be repeated. The blue touch-screen button is PAUSE / START. And the button below is Timer. Time setting has three levels: 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes.
